Bhubaneswar 27/11 (Voice of India/Binaya Kumar Das): Various development projects being worked by the MLA of Cuttack Sadar Chandrasarthi Behera have been reviewed. First, MLA Mr. Behera visited various panchayats and visited all the Kartikashwar mandaps and offered prayers.
